Garage door service bay with hydraulic lift

01Our process

How a garage door
should be installed.

Intake in 90 seconds. Free consultation. Two-tech crew on time. Photo report on completion. Lifetime warranty in effect the moment we leave.

03How it works

Five steps from intake
to a door that lasts.

  1. 01

    Intake in 90 seconds

Pick a tier, pick a finish, tell us what you need. Or call and speak with a real installer — never an offshore call center.

  2. 02

    Inventory check

We check our nearest hub. If your door is in stock — and 70% are — we offer same-day or next-day install.

  3. 03

    We arrive on time

A two-tech crew, a stocked truck, and the door you ordered. SMS arrival window — typical install is 3 to 5 hours.

  4. 04

    Install, calibrate, demo

We balance the door, dial in the opener, photograph the finished install, and walk you through MyQ pairing if requested.

  5. 05

    Lifetime warranty starts

Your spring warranty is in effect from the moment we leave. SMS + email confirmation, photo report, follow-up at 30 days.

04Standards

What every ForgedLift install
includes.

Two-tech crews on every install

A garage door is heavy and the springs are under tension. We don't send one tech to wrestle a 200-lb door alone. Two-tech crews are safer for them, faster for you.

Stocked trucks, real inventory

Our trucks carry the parts the techs need before they need them — stock springs, cables, rollers, panels, hinges, openers, weather seal, and a torsion fixture. Most repairs are one visit.

Photo report on every job

Before, during, after. Sent to your phone. You see the work whether you're standing there or on a Zoom call across town.

Real warranties, plain language

Lifetime spring. 5-year door. 10-year insulation. Manufacturer-direct on the opener. We honor it whether you're the original buyer or you bought the house from someone we installed for.
