Yes — same-day appointments are available in every metro we serve. Call by 2 PM local and we'll usually have a technician at your home that afternoon. For after-hours emergencies (door stuck open, storm damage, break-in), we maintain a 24/7 emergency line.

Tell us a little about your home and what you have in mind, and a real installer will follow up to confirm the details. Every install starts with a free in-home or virtual measurement — no obligation, no pressure, no high-pressure sales call.

We sell, install, and service LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Craftsman, and Genie. Our technicians are certified on all four and stock parts for each on every service truck.

A torsion spring is rated for about 10,000 cycles — roughly seven years of daily use. When it breaks, your opener can't lift the door's full weight (a single insulated door weighs 130–200 lbs). We replace springs in pairs because the second one is usually months behind the first.

Every ForgedLift technician completes a structured certification program before working independently. We hire experienced techs and apprentice them through a 12-month curriculum that covers torsion springs, cable work, opener wiring, and customer service.

Yes. Springs we install carry a lifetime parts warranty. Doors we install carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5 years on the door, 10 years on insulation). Openers carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5–10 years on the motor). All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months minimum.

Same-day in most cases. Call us by 2 PM local and we'll usually have a technician at your home that afternoon. If you need true emergency service after hours, we maintain a 24/7 line for break-ins, doors stuck open, and storm damage.

A standard single-car door takes 3–4 hours. A double door takes 4–6 hours. Most jobs are done in a single visit.

Yes — we need someone authorized to sign off, decide on placement of the opener controls, and accept the keypad codes at completion.
